Australia World War II Rations

Bad News

Sorry lads, but the Sweet Biscuit is no longer available. The maker adopted a new design and packaging concept, and the big old wafer bar is no longer made. I have not found any replacements so I must drop it from my offerings.

Late War Corned Beef Ration

One 12 ounce tin of Corned Beef (better known as "Bully Beef" by friend and foe alike). The tin comes in an authentic reproduction of the blue Late War (1943-'45) WW 2 label, and a true-to-the-original key-wind opener. This is a top rate ration - imported from Brazil. Tastes great cold on a cracker, or hot as an entree.

PRICE: $6.95

Early War Corned Beef Ration

This is the same high quality Bully Beef ration as the Late War version, only in the Early War (1940-'42) version. 12 ounces, imported, just as tasty, but made up for early war units. NOTE: While we picture two tins and an early service revolver, you get one tin only for the stated price. Sorry, the revolver stays here at home.

PRICE: $6.95

Canned Cheese Ration - Late War

An eight ounce tin of canned cheese in its late war blue label. We import this item from Australia and it is the same cheese product that was used in the original WW 2 rations. You'll need your 3-in-1 tin opener for this can. There's enough tasty cheese inside for 2-3 meals, or one gathering with your mates.

Canned Cheese Ration

Early War

This is the same tin of cheese, only dressed in the early war (1941-'42) label. According to the importer, these tins are good for several years on the shelf, so they are a good emergency food as well as an accurate reproduction in the field.

PRICE: $8.95

Australian Late War Tuna Fish Ration

NOTE: We've pictured two cans here to show the complete label, however you're buying one at the stated price.

PRICE: $4.95

Australian Early War Tuna Fish Ration

Musk Lozenges Ration

This is a complete roll of the infamous Musk lozenges. A real Australian treat! Musk lozenges emanate a unique scent that is perfume-like and very penetrating. Australian WW II Latrine Paper Ration

In battle or in business, the job's not over until the paperwork is done!

Recognizing the inherent truth of this statement, the Australian military issued latrine paper right along with other ration items. It makes equally good sense to order some of this vital equipment component with your rations today.

While the standard wartime ration was ONE packet of paper (four 6" x 12" sheets), we believe it's better to go hungry than to be caught short of this particular item, so we offer THREE packets for one small price.

PRICE: $2.50
